Return & Refund Policy
We stand behind every cap we ship. All sales are considered final. Returns are accepted only under the specific conditions outlined below.
Damaged or defective items
The only condition under which returns are accepted
If approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion: a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund to the original payment method. Requests submitted after 24 hours will not be eligible for review.

Our caps are one size fits most. Because there is no sizing selection involved, returns based on fit preference are not accepted.
Order cancellation & modification
Due to fast processing times, orders are sent to fulfillment shortly after placement. Orders may only be cancelled or modified prior to fulfillment. Once processed, an order is considered final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
Authenticity & product condition
Each cap is photographed individually or represented accurately to reflect what you will receive. Minor variations due to lighting, screen differences, or manufacturing details do not qualify as defects.
Chargebacks & payment disputes
We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Filing a dispute without contacting us may result in delayed resolution and loss of refund eligibility. All orders are shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation is retained.
