Every cap is shipped with a tracking number. Delivery timelines vary by region — see our estimates below.

Tracking
All orders are processed with a tracking number. You will receive an email with your tracking details once your cap has been dispatched to the carrier's sort facility.
Lost or delayed packages
Once an order has been dispatched and handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage that occurs once the package reaches the destination country or enters customs processing.
Incorrect addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. Red Light is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
Order cancellation & modification
Due to fast processing times, orders are sent to fulfillment shortly after being placed. Orders may only be cancelled or modified prior to fulfillment. Once an order has been processed and fulfilled, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
